Red Sea International Airport

Red Sea International Airport
The Red Sea International Airport (RSI) is part of the Red Sea Development Project, aiming to create a luxurious tourism spot on Saudi Arabia’s west coast. Covering over 28,000 square kilometers, this project will transform the region’s tourism, with the first phase, including the airport, set to be completed by the end of next year.
Inspired by the desert, oasis, and sea, RSI offers a calm and memorable travel experience. The airport’s design makes every traveler feel like they are using a private aircraft terminal, with cozy, luxurious spaces and an internal green oasis. RSI will be fully powered by renewable energy, supporting the region’s sustainable development.
RSI will be a smart airport, using advanced biometric technology, automated hotel check-ins, and a seamless digital experience. Travelers will enjoy a contactless journey with boarding passes, passport control, and luggage handling managed through a mobile app. This state-of-the-art facility will ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all travelers, from regular passengers to VIPs.
In partnership with Red Sea Global (RSG), we have carefully planned and designed RSI, focusing on sustainability and technological integration. Our efforts include using local materials, achieving LEED Gold certification, and following Dark Sky Guidelines to reduce light pollution.
