The Spotify Camp Nou stadium project is an ambitious renovation and expansion of FC Barcelona’s iconic home, aiming to transform it into a cutting-edge, sustainable, and technologically advanced venue with a capacity of approximately 105,000 seats, designed to enhance the fan experience and integrate with the city. Transformation a legacy to a new model was pretty exciting and as well as challenging for PSK BIM Service which we did with dedication and executed successfully with our excellence.
PSK BIM’s Scope & Contributions:
PSK BIM has successfully done the Fire Protection and Electrical part of this historic stadium project to give it a marvelous outlook and proper plumbing utilities.

Scope of Work: Fire Protection, & Electrical.
Software we used: Ravit23, Navisworks.
Time taken: 1 and half years and still going on.
Key Challenges & Solutions-Challenge – PSK BIM’s Solution:
The Stadium was under renovation. So, there were less gap between Celling and Slabs and we faced a lot of coordination issues.
Considering all those problems, PSK BIM modified all the designs talking with the officials and re-root the pipelines and accordingly leading the design we coordinated accordingly.
